How to Order
We offer three convenient ways of ordering:
Online, by phone, or fax.
Most orders generally ship within 24 hours excluding weekend and holidays. Online purchases from Silk Road Teas must be made using a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card.

To Order by Phone:
Call 877 458 8629 from within the U.S. and Canada, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily and we will be happy to take your order. Outside North America, please call 415 458 8624.
If you are not completely satisfied or there is a problem with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of your order. To return an item for full credit, tell us the reason for your return on your invoice, include this with your return in the original packaging.
If you do not have your invoice copy, please indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper. Send the return to:

We will refund the shipping cost only if the return is the result of our error. Returns are processed once we have received the product.

We travel extensively to source artisan and rare teas. We believe that our teas are some of the best in the world. Naturally, we think that you will be very satisfied when you place an order with us. Since we want you as our customer and your good word is our best advertising, we guarantee your satisfaction. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with any item, simply call Customer Service at 415 458 8626 or e-mail us within 30 days of delivery of your order. Just follow our Return Policy and we will gladly replace it, exchange it or give you a refund.
We will make every effort to ship your order promptly. Generally, retail orders placed by noon Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day or within 24 hours. All orders placed within the United States will ship via UPS except those addressed to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, rural addresses, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Hawaii and Alaska, which will ship via the United States Postal Service. You will need to select “FedEx Ground” as your shipping method during checkout, however your order will ship via USPS and you may experience a slight delay compared to UPS shipping services.
