Bird's Tongue (Que She Long Jing)
A very aromatic and rare Dragon Well, known in China as Bird or Sparrow's Tongue (Que She Long Jing), is made with two leaves and a bud which open during brewing to resemble a bird's beak and tongue. The leaves are a deep green color and quite elegant. A very special tea that when made well offers a fine aroma and rich vegetal flavor. Brew in water temperature of 165–185 degrees for 1 - 2 minutes. Leaves will give multiple steeps.
