Named for its snow-colored buds, mixed with assorted small green leaves, this high mountain tea is harvested early to capture its nuanced and sweet taste. Offers body in its light yellow liquor and a sweet taste that will warm and satisfy. Be generous with the leaf, steep for 2 minutes at water temperature of 175–185 degrees.
