Snow Dragon (Xue Long)

This rare tea offers a complex nutty–sweet flavor. Worked by hand in a wok to create broad flat leaves mixed with white down–covered buds. Grown in a remote area of Fujian Province, we found this tea early in the harvest and the taste we enjoyed in the market is alive and well. Steep for 2 minutes in water temperature of 175–185 degrees. Good for multiple infusions.
