Heavenly Blue Peak: A wonderfully aromatic and flavorful tea, our high-grade "Qing Ding" lot offers the tea lover an opportunity to enjoy one of China's "famous teas". Its leaves are delicate and a very rich, fresh-green color. Grown at higher elevations, the taste is nuanced, offering some hints of nuttiness but primarily naturally sweet notes that will linger with plenty of mouth feel.
Jasmine Pearls: A delight to watch unfold, these hand-rolled pearls open to release a sweet and delicate green tea redolent with the fresh scent of jasmine flower petals. The taste is very natural, smooth and clean. A refreshing and soothing tea, Jasmine Pearls is great with food as well.
Dragon Well: Our organic Dragon Well is picked about mid-April once the weather has warmed to the elevation of the farm where it is grown. The leaf is medium size showing hints of rich, yellow-gold colors and an unmistakably delicious aroma.

Full-leaf green teas will open to layered, delicate flavors. The freshly picked leaves are dehydrated to prevent oxidization and preserve their natural green color. Japanese green teas are steamed to preserve their fresh aromas and flavor notes. It is best if green tea is not brewed with boiling water.
Lower temperature water allows the leaves to steep slowly, preserving their natural sweetness. Green teas and yellow teas offer a gentle vegetal aroma. In the mouth, flavors range from spring asparagus and delicate notes of sorrel and raw vegetables to herbaceous and nutty.
