We travel extensively to source artisan and rare teas. We believe that our teas are some of the best in the world. Naturally, we think that you will be very satisfied when you place an order with us. Since we want you as our customer and your good word is our best advertising, we guarantee your satisfaction. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with any item, simply call Customer Service at 415 458 8626 or e-mail us within 30 days of delivery of your order. Just follow our Return Policy and we will gladly replace it, exchange it or give you a refund.

Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied or there is a problem with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. To return an item for full credit, tell us the reason for your return on your invoice, include this with your return in the original packaging.
If you do not have your invoice copy, please indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper. Send the return to:
