Underscoring our endeavor to offer the very best tasting cup of tea, we selected an organic Dragon Well leaf from Zhejiang Province for our sachet. The lot we selected offers golden-green leaves, with soft, vegetal aromas and toasty notes. The leaves are large and milled minimally to preserve the natural flavors of the cultivar and bring a richer, deeper flavor to your cup. Steeped you will note a vegetal aroma and nutty flavors of chestnut, with a sweet, lingering finish that is clean and refreshing.
Our sachets are made from non-GMO corn silk and are biodegradable.
Use one sachet per 8 ounces of water at a temperature of 185-205F. Steep for 2-2.5 minutes and taste. Sachet will steep multiple times!

Green Tea

Full-leaf green teas will open to layered, delicate flavors. The freshly picked leaves are dehydrated to prevent oxidization and preserve their natural green color. Japanese green teas are steamed to preserve their fresh aromas and flavor notes. It is best if green tea is not brewed with boiling water.
Lower temperature water allows the leaves to steep slowly, preserving their natural sweetness. Green teas and yellow teas offer a gentle vegetal aroma. In the mouth, flavors range from spring asparagus and delicate notes of sorrel and raw vegetables to herbaceous and nutty.
