We have blended 3 select flowers - elegant, scarlet-red Rose Buds, wonderful White Chrysanthemum and fragrant Lavender flowers - to create a visual delightful and a highly aromatic beverage to be savored and enjoyed. The perfect addition to a festive table or enjoyed as a hot or chilled, caffeine-free beverage. Three flowers offers a soothing and naturally sweet cup and a lingering aftertaste that warms and certainly aids in relaxation. It is non caffeinated. This tisane will compliment a meal and serve as a digestif. Crop date is 2025.
Tisane Facts. Blend is delicious served hot or chilled as an iced beverage. Rose Buds (Rosa centifolia) and Chrysanthemum flowers (C. morifolium) are from Anhui Province. Lavender (Lavandula officinalis) is grown in the Pacific Northwest.
Taste Profile. Aroma is rose buds, hint of Chrysanthemum, and dry-sweet. Taste is soft and lush, with a lingering natural sweetness.
Brewing Suggestions. One to one-and-a-half of a tablespoon of flowers per 8 ounces of water at a temperature of approx. 205 F. Steep for 3-4 minutes. serve in a glass pitcher for a visual delight. Brew and chill for a delicious refreshing beverage.
